Pepe Plush

This is Pepe, from the anime Shugo Chara. She's a very cute and baby-like character, so she was pretty fun to make.

Once again I used a different fabric for the skin. I've been sort of testing out different fabrics because I recently bought a sample pack. This one is craft velour...I like it quite a bit. It feels sturdy and not stretchy. It also kind of has a shine to it though, so I probably wouldn't use it for all my plushies...only the ones where shine wouldn't be a big deal.

Her eyes are so big...probably the biggest eyes I've ever had to embroider so far, but I really like how they came out. I think it's one of my best embroidery jobs.

She's 100% hand sewn and made from craft velour, flannel, felt, fleece, and vintage suede. Her face is 100% hand embroidered.
